Next Steps

1. Click here to fill out the Getting to Know You Survey.

2. Click here to download the pre-session checklist so you can prepare for your private coaching session. This checklist will be sent to your email as well.

3. Set up your Prepex Account. After your purchase, you’ll receive a link from me via e-mail to log in to Prepex. Because I grant access manually, it could take up to 24 hours depending on your time zone. 

  • Prepex is the AI-powered platform we'll be using throughout the program. After comparing several TOEFL preparation platforms, I chose Prepex because it offers comprehensive feedback, and its practice questions closely resemble those on the actual TOEFL exam.

Important Information

1. You will receive a confirmation email with all the private coaching session details and instructions from me within the first 24 hours of your purchase. Please make sure to check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder just in case). The e-mail should be coming from nathaly@nathalyslighthouseenglish.com.

2. You will receive your private coaching session Google Meet link via e-mail one day before the session. Please make sure to check your e-mail before your scheduled time.

3. Reschedule Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you need to reschedule your private coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your spot to another student and adjust the schedule accordingly.

If something unexpected or urgent comes up within the 24-hour window (such as illness or a family emergency), please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate and find a suitable alternative time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance without an emergency may result in the session being forfeited.
