Hi, I'm Nathaly Rodriguez

I went from being afraid to speak in public to using English confidently every day—at home, at work as a college adjunct instructor, and in my own business, Nathaly’s Lighthouse English. Through 12 years of teaching and my MA in TESOL, I developed The Collective Fluency Model—an approach that turns research into practical, meaningful steps for building real fluency. This fluency model is the foundation of Let Loose, a program designed to help English learners move beyond hesitation and start communicating with clarity and confidence in real-life situations.

So, how do we become fluent in a language?

Fluency isn’t about speaking fast or perfectly. It’s about becoming a competent communicator, in other words, someone who can express ideas clearly and effectively. The seven elements below help you build the skills you need to communicate well in English.

  • Input – engaging with English through listening, reading, and real content

  • Output – actively using English to express your ideas

  • Intake – noticing and absorbing language so it becomes natural

  • Motivation – staying connected to your purpose for learning

  • Commitment – building consistent habits that lead to progress

  • Automaticity – developing ease and flow through practice

  • Identity – becoming a confident English speaker with your own voice

This is the framework behind Let Loose. You won’t just be practicing English. You’ll be building fluency in a way that actually works.

What content is used for Let Loose classes?

Let Loose is designed to help you become a more confident and fluent English speaker through real, meaningful conversation. Instead of following a fixed syllabus, our sessions focus on discussions, tasks, and real-life topics that get you actively using English from the start. We also reflect on your learning process so you can understand what works for you and continue improving outside the classroom. This matters because real communication, especially in the workplace, doesn’t look like a traditional English class. Everyone is on a different path, and in this program, you won’t just practice English—you’ll learn how to keep growing, so you can communicate with more clarity and confidence in real life.
